Source: Min to offer 2029 Eurobonds, extra 2047 Eurobonds Fri
MOSCOW, Mar 15 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Finance Ministry plans to offer a new dollar-denominated 2029 Eurobond and reopen a 2047 bond on Friday, a banking source told PRIME on Thursday.
The yield guidance amounts to around 4.75% and 5.5%, respectively.
The ministry said earlier in March it will swap no more than U.S. $4 billion worth of sovereign Eurobonds that mature in 2030 for Eurobonds maturing in 2027 or 2047 or for new issues of Eurobonds. VTB Capital is collecting bids for the swap from March 7 through Thursday.
